What’s NOT included….
*Flight to Panama City (PTY) .  VERY IMPORTANT: before you book, please send Lala your flight details so she may confirm times. If coming from LAX, we ask you book the red eye on Copa the evening before. You will land in Panama City in the am. All others, please arrive in the am of the 27th before 10am in order to ensure the afternoon flight to the island. Otherwise you may miss the flight to the island and will have to stay the night in Panama City.

Grab a taxi to transport you to Casco Viejo which is the old city, the most beautiful, hippest & artsiest part of the city. You may have lunch and take in the sights before your afternoon flight to the island (a 45 minute flight on Air Panama). We will gladly give you lunch recs.

*Flight to Bocas Del Toro from Marcos A Gelebert Airport ( please note you will fly to the island out of a smaller airport than the one you flew into. This airport is about 5 minutes away from Casco Viejo where you will be having lunch.

*2 lunches during excursion days
*2 dinners to be able to explore local cuisine & Bocas Town

Ocean front room #2: $1375 pp rate for 2, shared queen bed, private bath, private deck. Rate for 1 $1775

Private ocean front bungalows (2 available Water & Air): $1675 pp shared queen bed, private bath, outdoor shower, private deck, amazing view. No Single Option

Payments must be made directly to The Firefly/Lala Ziemski through Venmo

A deposit of half is due at sign up.
Balance is to be paid 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations made before the final balance is due, receive a refund of the deposit minus 50%
Cancellations made after the balance has been paid are non refundable.

We are excited to offer yoga and wellness, SUP,  & surf retreats (if you have a different retreat in mind, get in touch!)  If you are a teacher/organizer who would like to bring a retreat to us, please send us an email for our info package and enjoy an amazing, peaceful island experience with excellent food where you can make money doing what you love. Our new covered yoga pavilion is an ocean front space with lots of uses!  This space can be used for classes, presentations, private dining, meditation, workshops, music, and screenings!
