For dinner, the restaurant at The Firefly brings you asian style tapas inspired by the Caribbean. We believe in using what is locally available whenever possible and as such our menu changes frequently. The islands of Bocas are plentiful with fruit, seafood & spices and that is reflected on our menu. Our dinner menu is made up of small plates, encouraging you to taste as much as you want as this our favorite way to eat.
If celebrating an anniversary or planning an engagement, give us a call or send us an email to pre order champagne or arrange something special. We can customize your evening to help make it exactly as you imagine.We can even arrange for private dining complete with pillows, candles & flowers in our yoga space for a small additional set up fee. Our deck is great for celebrations and has the best sunsets in Bocas!
We always have vegetarian dishes or can adjust some dishes for vegetarians/vegans. However, if your diet is especially strict, please realize we are on an island and only have certain items.
December to mid April hours are generally 5 to 9pm for dinner and TUESDAY we are CLOSED . There are, of course nearby restaurants when we are closed.
April-November hours vary but we are generally OPEN THURS-SUN and CLOSED TUE-WED (not a rule of thumb so please CALL). Our prices are consistent with most high end restaurants in Bocas Town $6-$22 per dish, Cocktails are $4-$7

*Beetroot, watermelon, cucumber, goat cheese salad with sesame vinaigrette
*Green Curry with chicken & shrimp, eggplant, bell peppers and fresh basil
*Mango braised ribs, mango jerk sauce
*Gnocchi with sweet ginger coconut sauce and shrimp
*Crispy beer battered “popcorn fish” spicy coconut sriracha sauce
*Seared Rare ahi tuna, wasabi yogurt, thai salad
*Thai chicken salad with peanuts, basil, mint, chilis and lemongrass
*Banana Chocolate Chip bread pudding, cinnamon rum sauce
